THIRD-PARTY NOTICES, LICENSES AND ATTRIBUTIONS

Itinerama uses certain third-party services, data, content, images, and technologies. This document provides general notices, attributions, and references relating to those third parties.

1. Wikimedia Foundation, Wikipedia, and Wikimedia Commons

Itinerama may display or reuse certain informational excerpts, descriptions, images, or other resources from Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons.

Content and images from Wikimedia may be subject to specific licenses that vary depending on each resource. Where applicable, attribution, authorship, source, license, and license-link requirements for each resource must be respected.

In particular:

• Wikipedia text is usually available under the CC BY-SA license, unless stated otherwise
• many Wikimedia Commons images or files are published under different licenses
• before reusing any specific file, the individual resource page and its license should be reviewed
• the Wikimedia Foundation does not itself guarantee the exact copyright status of every file; final verification remains the responsibility of the reuser

2. OpenStreetMap

Itinerama uses geographic data or points based on OpenStreetMap.

Where attribution is shown as a link, it should point to:
https://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright

Where relevant, it should also be made clear that the data is available under the Open Database License (ODbL).

Depending on the specific way in which the data is used, transformed, or redistributed, additional obligations may apply under the ODbL. Attribution must remain visible, legible, and reasonably accessible to the user.

3. Apple MapKit

Itinerama uses Apple MapKit for map, routing, navigation, and cartographic features.

Attributions, notices, and conditions applicable to Apple mapping services are governed by Apple’s own terms and by the notices embedded in its services and components.

Any map attribution or notice provided by Apple must remain visible where applicable.

4. OpenWeatherMap

Itinerama may use OpenWeatherMap to display weather information.

Use of that data is subject to the licensing, usage, availability, and attribution terms established by OpenWeatherMap where applicable.

5. Viator and Tiqets

Itinerama may display information, activities, tourism products, or links from third parties such as Viator and Tiqets.

Trademarks, content, images, prices, availability, and related elements associated with those services belong to their respective owners and are used subject to their applicable terms.

6. Other third-party services and technologies

Itinerama may also rely on third-party services and technologies to provide authentication, analytics, advertising, infrastructure, payment processing, subscription management, storage, artificial intelligence, and security features, including, among others:

7. Important note

The attributions included in this document are general in nature. Whenever a specific resource, provider, or content item requires an additional specific attribution, license, or notice, the conditions applicable to that specific resource or provider will prevail.
